Summer Strength Training is open to students who will be in grades 9 - 12 for the 2024-2025 school year.
Session 1: 7am - 8:20am
10-12 grade football, baseball, wrestling
Session 2: 8:10am - 9:20am
9th grade boys, 10-12 boys basketball
Session 3: 9:20am - 10:00am
Cross Country Runners
Session 4: 9:40am - 10:45am
9-12 volleyball & girls basketball
Session 5: 10:00am - 11:00am
9-12 girls soccer, girls tennis & any other girls sports
Session 6: 11:00am - 12:00pm
boys and girls hockey, boys soccer
Session 7: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
boys and girls swimming
